About
We uncover what’s limiting your growth.
5NINETEEN is built around understanding the people businesses exist to serve. By uncovering why customers choose, trust and stay loyal, we turn those insights into strategic decisions.
Purpose
Every business decision is ultimately a human decision.
Sustainable growth begins with understanding the human behavior behind the market you serve: perceptions, motivations and decisions. By helping businesses understand those people better, we help them decide better and grow for longer.
Beliefs
How we see business.
Markets don’t make decisions, people do
Behavior drives business
Perception shapes performance
Strategy should reduce uncertainty
Approach
Five principles behind every decision.
Behavior before tactics
We understand the behaviors driving decisions before choosing the solution.
Strategy guides execution
Every action follows a clear strategic direction.
Evidence over assumption
Opinions are tested against research, insight and observation.
Long-term over short-term
Sustainable growth matters more than temporary wins.
Clarity over complexity
Businesses grow when customers understand them.
Services
Four engagements. One method.
An end-to-end business creation service for founders launching a new venture, entering a new market, repositioning an existing business, or introducing a new product or service.
We combine research, strategy, execution, and launch management to build the public-facing businesses with clarity, confidence, and commercial readiness.
Best suited for
- New business launches
- Brand repositioning
- Market entry strategies
- Product or service launches

- Companies entering a new market
- Growing brands needing clarity
A growth engagement run in focused 90-day sprints.
We identify the largest opportunities, execute high-impact initiatives and optimize performance toward measurable growth.

- Scaling but not growing profitably
- Unclear revenue structure
- Founders optimizing a business
An ongoing partnership in which we act as your dedicated brand office.
We manage the day-to-day public presence so every touchpoint stays consistent, strategic and aligned, while your team runs the business.
Best suited for
- Scaling businesses needing consistency
- Founders needing ongoing guidance
- Brands launching campaigns or products
- Businesses without an in-house brand team
Signals
When businesses come to us.
- Growth has slowed despite continuous investment.
- Customers don’t clearly see what makes the business different.
- The business has outgrown its brand and direction.
- Expansion feels risky because the foundations aren’t clear.
- Teams communicate the business inconsistently.
- Customers choose competitors despite similar products or services.
- The business has evolved, but market perception hasn’t.
Research
Consumers across markets and cultures.
We study the behavioral, emotional, social and commercial factors that influence decision-making and business performance. As we expand into new regions, the same approach applies to every market we serve.
Sequence
From observation to decision.
Observe
Study how customers behave, compare and choose.
Interpret
Identify the perceptions and motives behind the behavior.
Decide
Set positioning, offer and priorities against the evidence.
Build
Execute, measure and refine in the market.

Introduction
This policy explains how 5NINETEEN (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us. By using the website you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that is created when you visit any website.
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Business details: your business or brand name, website or social media link, business stage and the service you are interested in.
- Enquiry details: the contents of your message and anything you choose to share about your project or business.
- Technical data: information your browser sends when it loads the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested.
How we collect it
Information reaches us when you submit the Start a Conversation inquiry form on the Inquiries page, use the email link in the footer (which opens your own email app with a message addressed to us), or email us directly. Inquiry form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, which stores them in its form dashboard and emails them to us. Technical data is generated automatically by the website’s hosting and by the third-party services the site loads, described below.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
- To communicate with you about our work.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We review enquiries manually. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add enquiry details to any newsletter or marketing list.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, in two groups.
- Essential: a cookie called 5n_consent that remembers your cookie choice, kept for up to 12 months. It is set whether you accept or decline, because the site needs it to respect your decision.
- Optional (analytics): Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, which helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it. It sets cookies (such as _ga) and collects information like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. It is only loaded if you choose Accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
The website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads; Google handles that connection under its own privacy policy. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
Storage and protection
Information you send us is held in our email and business systems and is accessible only to people who need it to respond or deliver work. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information by email.
Sharing with others
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who support our business, such as email, hosting, IT, analytics and file-storage providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain a business relationship, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including to:
- ask what information we hold about you and request a copy;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
These rights are not absolute and may be limited by law. To use any of them, email us.
Third-party links
The website links to third-party platforms such as social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Children
The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date above updated.
